Hendrick Motorsports Museum Tour

Join us for a special two-day trip to Concord, NC, featuring a tour of the Hendrick Motorsports Museum.

Prior to the tour, we’ll enjoy lunch at the Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway, where you’ll experience a panoramic view of the speedway while enjoying a delicious lunch.

After lunch, we’ll head to the Hendrick Motorsports Museum, where you’ll have the opportunity to see Rick Hendrick’s extensive collection of vehicles of all types. The museum also features an impressive collection of sports memorabilia, his personal guitar collection, and many other unique and interesting exhibits.

This promises to be a memorable experience for Corvette and motorsports enthusiasts alike!

Wednesday, October 28

3:00 PM - Hotel Check-In

6:30 PM - Dinner at Olive Garden
We will meet for dinner at the Olive Garden, located just down the street from the hotel.

Thursday, October 29

11:00 AM - Depart for lunch
Meet in the hotel lobby and Caravan to Charlotte Motor Speedway for lunch at the Speedway Club

11:30 AM - Lunch at the Speedway Club
Enjoy lunch in the Speedway Club dining room, featuring a panoramic view of the race track. See lunch menu below.  Lunch selection must be made during registration process.

1:00 PM – Depart Speedway Club
Following lunch, we will caravan to the museum.

1:30 PM – Arrive at Museum
We will have a short orientation prior to the tour.

2:00 PM - Tours Begin
We may be broken up into smaller groups.

3:30 PM - Tours End
After the tours end, you will be on your own to visit other parts of the race facilities and head home on your own.  We will not be caravanning back to Knoxville.

Registration Information

To register, select the number of people attending and click Register Now. You will then be able to choose whether you would like to attend the tour and lunch or tour only. If you select lunch, you will be required to select your meal choice. See the main event page for menu details.

Payment must be made to finalize your registration. Tours and meals are prepaid. Cancellations cannot be accepted.

Instructions for making hotel reservations are also provided on the main event page.

Please note that we will not caravan to or from Concord.

Capacity is limited to 25 people, so register early to reserve your spot!
