The driver’s meeting will take place at Love’s Travel Stop in Lenoir City at the intersection of I-40 & US-321
Our approximate 90-minute drive via backroads will take us to Rickard Ridge BBQ at Cove Lake State Park in Caryville, TN where we will have a gorgeous view of Cove Lake and the Cumberland Mountains. Make sure to bring a big appetite because this will be a truly unique dining experience whether you’re a BBQ Connoisseur or just want some good eats!
Towards the end of our dinner, restaurant owner Mark Rickard has arranged for some live bluegrass music to entertain us and ETCC members can either head for home after dinner or stay late to enjoy the music.

Joining ETCC is simple and fast. First, own a Corvette which you now have. Second, complete a membership application form either on-line or at a regular monthly club meeting and pay the prescribed dues. Please note that your dues include membership in the National Council of Corvette Clubs, Inc. (NCCC). This is a mandatory requirement for liability insurance purposes.
